Led by Rhonda Clouthier and Chef Salvador Gomez, our full-service catering company brings more than 30 years of catering and hospitality experience to every event. From weddings and quinceañeras to corporate functions, private celebrations, community events, and funeral receptions, our team is committed to providing exceptional food, thoughtful hospitality, and dependable professional service.

Every event is unique, which is why we work closely with our clients to create custom menus tailored to their vision, preferences, dietary needs, and budget. Our experienced culinary and service teams can manage every aspect of food and beverage service, allowing our clients and venue partners to enjoy a seamless event from setup through breakdown.

As a full-service caterer, our capabilities include customized food service, professional staffing, bar and beverage service, linens, china, flatware, glassware, serving equipment, setup, and breakdown. Our in-house pastry chef also creates custom cakes, pastries, and desserts, providing clients with a comprehensive catering experience under one team.

We maintain commercial general liability insurance and follow all applicable Texas and local food-safety and sanitation requirements. Our food-service personnel maintain required food-handler training, and alcoholic beverage service is performed by appropriately TABC-certified personnel when applicable.
